Central bank: Russians' debt burden at record 10.6% in January
MOSCOW, Apr 14 (PRIME) -- The Russians' debt burden reached an all-time high of 10.6% as of the beginning of 2022, the central bank said in a statement on Thursday.
"At the beginning of 2022, the debt burden of the households reached a historical peak of 10.6%, of which mortgages accounted for 2.4% and non-secured consumer loans for 6%, (7.5% with credit cards)," the central bank said.
